Refunds
There is no card on file and nothing renews by itself, which removes most of the reasons a refund is usually needed. This is what happens in the cases that are left.
First drafted 2026-08-18.
Nothing is charged automatically
We invoice, you pay by transfer on your own schedule. No card is stored anywhere in this system, so there is no accidental renewal to reverse and no subscription quietly running on a card somebody left the company with.
Before you have paid anything
New organizations run for a trial period before an invoice falls due. If you decide it is not for you inside that window, tell us and no invoice is issued. Nothing to refund because nothing was taken.
Moving to a smaller plan
A smaller plan applies from your next invoice rather than the current one, and we do not refund the difference for the part-period. In exchange, a larger plan raises your limits immediately rather than waiting for the next cycle — an urgent fourth branch is not held up by an invoice date.
Stopping partway through a period
There is no minimum term and no exit fee. Tell us and we stop issuing invoices. An invoice already paid covers the period it names and is not pro-rated back, in the same way that a period you have already used is not billed again.
When we do refund
If we invoiced you in error, invoiced you twice, or billed you for a plan you were never on, we correct it — either by refund to the account the payment came from, or as a credit against your next invoice, whichever you prefer. Tell us and it gets fixed; we do not argue about our own mistakes.
If you disagree with an invoice
Say so before paying it rather than after. An invoice under discussion is not treated as overdue, and nothing is switched off while we are talking: screens on the wall keep playing what you last published to them.
